Burns first appeared on TV in 1995 on the Spanish American Teen sitcom Out of the Blue, where she was Peg. Burns began her career as a model on television in 1995, where she played Peg in the popular sitcom in Spanish that was called Out of The Blue. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model for television as well as an actor for more than ten years. Her most notable role is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She was best known in 2001 for her highly acclaimed commercial film Shallow Hal. From 1995 to 1996, she played Peg as a second role in Out of the Blue, a Spanish American show Out of the Blue.
